Refund policy

1. Exchanges
We understand that selecting the perfect fit is essential for goalkeepers. If you have ordered the wrong size, we offer an exchange for a different size. Exchanges will only be processed once we have received the original item back via post in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds for Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we offer a full refund. To initiate a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, providing proof of the defect (such as images). Once we receive the returned defective item, we will process your refund promptly.

3. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or if there is no valid reason for the exchange or refund. Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

4. Return Requirement for Refunds or Exchanges
No refund or exchange will be processed until we have received the original item as a return. Customers are responsible for returning the product via post to our designated return address.
